Larry Roberts-Bio
Larry Roberts was an abstract figurative, expressionist and impressionist painter. He was a true master colorist and used acrylic paint as his main medium to evoke raw, visceral images - drawing from the subconscious and darkness that can be found there. Music, poetry, nature were all a large part of his creative process. Each original frame was meticulously thought out to ensure it would finish the painting, without distracting from it, becoming an integral part of it, sculpturally. September 10, 1963 - August 13, 2019
